Welcome
NSWS is the only statewide student nursing association in Washington State. Formerly known as SWANS, NSWS was developed in early 2007 by dedicated nursing students and faculty from around the state who believe in unifying the voices and philosophies of Washington State nursing students in order to work towards the common goal of betterment and advancement of nursing as a profession.
Our mission is to develop a collaborative and cooperative structure between nursing schools within Washington state to create consistently high standards that support nursing students through education, scholarship, legislation and networking. NSWS membership is open to everyone enrolled in an accredited Washington State nursing school at all levels, nursing school faculty and pre-nursing students. NSWS 2012 Convention Registration
Charting a New Course in Nursing: Preparing for Professional Practice Saturday, March 10th, 2012 Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound, Washington! CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR THE CONVENTION!!! Come for the convention and stay the night in the Lodge so you can play in the water park Saturday afternoon AND all-day Sunday! We have a limited number of rooms for 1-4 people at an amazing $139 rate just for convention attendees, which is $110 less than the regular rate! (Students only) .
